WARRANTY, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The amount of warranty on all products is expressly limited to the warranty offered and determined by the manufacturer of the product. No additional warranty is offered or implied by the Vendor.
The manufacturers of the products will address warranty issues. Please email us at email@example.com and we will help with the warranty process. Please do send your product back to the manufacturer.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim your refund/return.
No returns for products on Clearance/Sale/final sale items. Refunds only on regular price items.
No refunds/returns on gift cards.
No refunds/returns on downloadable products.
No refunds on defective items, only exchange for same product replacement (you have 10 days to claim it)
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping insurance is encouraged as buyer will be responsible for product until we receive it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be in its original condition, original packaging and anti-tamper seals must be intact.
Special order items can only be accepted for return/refund if approved by one of our customer service representative, otherwise consider it a no return/refund on special orders.
Refunds may take up to a few days to appear in your bank account/ credit card. Allow a few days after refund was processed. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need any assistance or have any further questions.
We accept exchanges but product must be in original condition/packaging/seals intact. Buyer pays for shipping costs to return product that they wish to exchange as well as the shipping costs for the new product selected.
